Marketing Coordinator - Digital

Position Purpose

Under minimal supervision, the Marketing Coordinator supports the Digital Marketing and National Brand teams in day to day operations by coordination of digital efforts across Brand such as sweepstakes development, mobile coupon offers, agency and brand digital asset management, website updates and coordinating marketing team meetings, brand presentations, wine sample ordering and tracking. This position assists with merging consumer and brand insights to provide tactical support for our digital team.  

Functional Responsibility

Essential Duties

  • Coordinate the development of National digital  marketing programs including: text-to-win campaigns and mobile coupon offers, including agency management, internal and external approvals, as well as mid-campaign and wrap reporting
  • Manage relationships with digital vendors including communication between brand stakeholders and vendors and tracking project through completion
  • Fulfill internal and external wine sample requests and tracking through to delivery
  • Execute website updates and asset uploads using Adobe Experience Manager and VinSUITE
  • Assist with the build,management and organization of the Digital Asset Library and Sales Portal
  • Work alongside Digital Marketing Specialist on Social Media community management efforts
  • Manage National Marketing Calendar plus additional team calendars as resquested
  • Responsible for following through on new initiatives and provide updates to key stakeholders throughout the project management process
  • Assist department with external and internal events. This could include setup, take down, pouring, coordination of volunteers, décor, ordering lunch, etc.
  • Work on special projects as assigned

Non-Essential Duties

  • Develops and executes departmental administration project and tasks as assigned by VP Brand Marketing or Marketing Directors

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable discipline preferred
  • 2-3 years of directly related experience
  • Wine Industry experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent planning, organization and communication skills
  • A self-starter, detail oriented, and results driven attitude
  • Able to work within a team environment and build cooperative and collaborative relationships with those inside and outside the department
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
  • Experience with navigating in Internet/Intranet environments and Social Media                    

Working Conditions

This is an office based position.

Required to talk & listen. May need to determine color, taste and smell of wine using eyes, tongue, and nose. Must be able to lift & carry cases of wine (35 lbs.) to build customer wine displays. May be exposed to weather-related temperature & humidity extremes. Operates keyboard & mouse.
