Manteca Winery
Winemaking Interns will have the ability to learn large-scale winemaking production at the Manteca facility. Interns participate in all aspects of wine production, including grape harvesting, must/juice processing, fermentation, daily tasting, wine clarification, filtration, chemical adjustment, and bottling. Furthermore, Manteca houses our Research and Development endeavors. Interns assists in the production and processing of small-scale wine lots in the Delicato R&D Studio. This department supports a wide range of research projects in the areas of production equipment, process technology, ingredients, and viticulture.

Black Stallion Estate Winery is a boutique winery in Napa where stunning, luxury wines are crafted by hand. Internships at Black Stallion provide interns with a very personal experience. Interns are involved in the entire winemaking process and are an integral part of making our great wines.

Monterey Wineries
The Delicato Monterey winemaking interns gain a truly unique experience because they are involved in the full spectrum of winemaking, from the vineyard to the winery. They learn both sides of winemaking since interns are exposed to large-scale production winemaking as well as small lot winemaking. Interns work closely with the winemakers in order to learn the art of winemaking and the production of luxury wines.
