Monterey Laboratory
Delicato Monterey Lab Interns play an integral role in the enhancement of wine quality. Interns will conduct all the analysis on juice and wine samples, and report findings to the winemaking team. Interns will work closely with the winemakers to ensure data is available to make crucial winemaking decisions throughout every stage of the process.
